This embodiment-based class invites you to return to a place of safety within your body. In daily life, it’s easy to become triggered or overwhelmed, losing that sense of balance and grounding. When this happens, we often shift into a protective state that makes it harder to see clearly or respond with awareness.
Through this practice, we gradually guide the body back to the present moment, restoring a sense of stability and inner calm. As you begin to feel safe again, it becomes easier to reconnect with yourself and observe patterns or behaviours that may no longer serve you.
Healing starts with safety. When the nervous system softens and settles, space opens up for new perspectives, thoughts, and ways of being to emerge. From this grounded state, positive change can unfold more naturally, supported by awareness, intention, and gentle self-compassion.
